Maundy Thursday with Extended Musical Selections

Join us for a special Maundy Thursday service with communion and homily featuring extended musical selections. The music is drawn from Baroque settings of Penitential Psalms and the Canticles for Evening Prayer. A featured work will be the Bach/Pergolesi Cantata BWV 1083, a paraphrase of Psalm 51. In addition there will be settings of Psalms and Canticles by Thomas Weelkes, Jan Zelenka and John Blow. Participants will include:
