COLUMBARIUM SERVICES

We realize that your decision on place of burial is a very personal and significant one. We have put together some materials about Holy Trinity’s columbarium to help you and your family in your decision-making process. Our beautifully designed columbarium is located in the Tower Chapel. If you would like to reserve a niche, we are accepting inurnment applications. Simply complete and sign the inurnment application and mail or hand deliver it along with payment to:
