Student Confirmation Classes

We’re starting a confirmation class on March 7th! The confirmation class is intended for students in eighth grade and up who have already been baptized but have not been confirmed. The class is aimed at not only helping students understand their faith more deeply, within the context of the Anglican tradition, but also providing them with the opportunity to publicly affirm their faith.

The classes will run for six weeks starting Sunday, March 7, from 10:00 – 10:50 AM in the Youth Room. Students will be required to wear masks during the class because we’ll be indoors. The other five dates for the class are March 14, 21, and 28, April, 11, and April 18. There will also be a confirmation retreat (just an extended class) on Friday, April 23 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM at HTC (masks will be required for this as well because it will be indoors). The confirmation service will be during the 11:00 am service on Sunday, April 25. Students are only allowed to miss one class, must be at the retreat day on April 23, and must be there for the 11:00 am service on April 25.
